Celebrating Loyalty: Eurac Poole's 18-Year Service Dinner

On Friday, November 29th, Eurac Poole hosted its 32nd annual dinner to honour employees who have reached an impressive milestone: 18 years of dedicated service. This cherished tradition, held at the Nici Hotel in Bournemouth, continues to grow, symbolising the company’s commitment to recognising loyalty and excellence among its team members.

The origins of this celebration date back to 1992, when the company first decided to pay tribute to long-serving employees with a formal dinner. For over three decades, this event has become a highlight of the Eurac Poole calendar, giving management the opportunity to thank the hard work for those that have completed this significant length of service.

Once employees achieve the 18-year service mark, they are presented with a watch on their inaugural dinner and are then welcomed to the annual dinner every year thereafter, with all expenses covered by the company. This unique tradition not only honours their longstanding contributions but also serves as a platform to welcome new inductees into the fold.

The evening was a testament to the dedication and community spirit that defines Eurac Poole and something that is proudly celebrated, bringing together employees that have since retired with those still firmly within the business.

Attendees enjoyed an evening of fine dining and heartfelt speeches, with the two newest inductees, (Radek Czachorwoski and Slawomir Jasiecki) being formally welcomed into the group. Their colleagues celebrated their achievement with applause and warm words, highlighting the milestones and memories that have shaped their time at the company.

The annual dinner is more than just a celebration; it’s a reflection of Eurac Poole’s core values. By acknowledging the hard work and loyalty of its employees, the company reinforces its commitment to fostering a supportive and rewarding work environment.

As the tradition continues, Eurac Poole remains dedicated to celebrating the achievements of its long-serving team members. Here’s to another year of shared success, strong bonds, and the continued growth of this remarkable tradition. Cheers!
